Yes They have enormous benefits… May be because of the fact that it has fat content that’s why…But anything in limit is worth eating..

travel can never be bad Chiru, unfortunate use of that word … I have been nomadic for longer than you’ve lived and never had a home base … now that home base and settling has become my priority 🙂

Chinese potatoes has a distinct smell and flavor which remains intact even after cooking, which gives it’s special flavour to the dish… Taking out the skin is the most difficult part of preparing this into a dish. Easiest being soaking it overnight in water and putting them into a cloth or net like bag and rubbing against a rough surface can remove three fourth of it’s skin…after which it is manually cleaned and chopped up and cooked and eaten up. But worth the effort i would say.
The image of Chinese potato done in Chinese style with chopsticks is amazing.
As usual you rocked with your health post Chirpy …
Keep rocking and keep blogging Chiru…
