Customary code of polite behavior in society

Simple advise one should follow towards politeness and social behavior towards one another.

  • Never interrupt the one who is talking. It is the basic gesture on can show in the name of respect.
  • Don’t call anyone more than twice. If they don’t pick up your call, either they are busy or not interested. Politeness and self respect both matters here.
  • Say thanks to the people who open the gate for you, cleans your table, collect garbage from your house. It doesn’t matter who you are, it is the basic courtesy towards mankind.
  • It doesn’t matter how close you are with a person, return the money you borrowed even before the he/she remembers lending it to you. It shows your dignity.
  • Don’t ask about the age and salary to anyone on your first meet. You are just making them uncomfortable.
  • If you are in conversation with someone take off your sunglasses. It is a sign of respect towards humanity.
  • Last but not least… When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left don’t swipe right. Point is never take advantage.

  1. All the points are great.

    My biggest problems are:
    – They never return the money the borrowed. I’m the bad guy if I carefully mention it. πŸ˜₯
    – I have no idea if the person I’m talking too is listening because they have their sunglasses on the whole time.

    Thank you Chiru
The last one should be the first one.

The human weakness makes one to automatically keep fingers on the screen to swipe left or right
