Purple colour interesting…do you eat blueberries yourself? Or only good on paper?, how can it treat diabetes, one can’t have them daily? Or the insulin is insufficient how are insulin produced then? Nice info chiru these are some questions which popped up though…

Yes had but just twice in my life..
yes daily consumption is not recommended but yes 3 times a week as I mentioned..
as far as I know pancreas in stomach is responsible for insulin to maintain blood sugar level when that doesn’t happen insulin is injected…

Thn why don’t the doctors recommend this instead of insulin injection,if the pancreas are unable to produce insulin thn it can’t be boosted…

Love blueberries! Unfortunately the cost has us enjoying them not too often. Why is fruit so darn expensive?! But when we do purchase blueberries, we even make them into smoothies – such a great treat!😊
