Why we should never skip Breakfast?
Many people skip breakfast and eat a light lunch, then eat a big dinner and snack throughout the evening. Our metabolism slows down and our body absorbs and stores more of the food you eat, including cholesterol and fat.
- Eating breakfast is a great way to jump-start your metabolism each day.
- Eating after 8 p.m. is like putting gas into a car that isn’t going to be driven.
By eating breakfast our body burns off calories instead of storing them and absorbing less cholesterol and fat. Thus Keeping us active and healthy throughout the day.
