Hello dear bloggers,

Why we should never skip Breakfast?

Many people skip breakfast and eat a light lunch, then eat a big dinner and snack throughout the evening. Our metabolism slows down and our body absorbs and stores more of the food you eat, including cholesterol and fat.

  • Eating breakfast is a great way to jump-start your metabolism each day.
  • Eating after 8 p.m. is like putting gas into a car that isnโ€™t going to be driven.

By eating breakfast our bodyย burns off calories instead of storing them and absorbing less cholesterol and fat. Thus Keeping us active and healthy throughout the day.

  1. ooops Chiru – i skipped breakfast today and its already 8:30 ๐Ÿ˜ฆ no sign of dinner…..i am in big trouble already. Will try better tomorrow. Thanks for these reminders – so simple and true yet so easy to overlook in the madness of modern life. ๐Ÿ™‚
